Before every massage session each client will receive an assessment to cover the client's overall well-being; for example, their intake form, health/body postural analysis and the degree of pressure they will receive during the massage. T3 does not shorten the "massage time" to complete the assessment.
All bodywork/massage sessions utilize a combination of modalities/techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Stretching, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial release, SMRT, etc.) plus tools when necessary (Red Light Therapy, Lymphatic Wands, Vibration, Gua Sha, Heat/Cold packs, etc)
